We are looking for an experienced RN to work in our General practice.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Performing ECG's,immunisations, childhood immunisations, cold chain management, wound care and general patient observations;
- Assist with minor procedures
- Care plans, health assessments, CDM, sending recall and reminder letters;
- Purchasing / ordering relevant clinical equipment and supplies
- Appropriate documentation in patient clinical records, checking results and follow-up on doctor’s requests in a timely manner.
- liaising with other health care professionals, practice nurses, GPs and/or hospitals
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Post graduate experience as a General Practice Nurse
