We are looking for an experienced RN to work in our General practice.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Performing ECG’s,immunisations, childhood immunisations, cold chain management, wound care and general patient observations;
• Assist with minor procedures
• Care plans, health assessments, CDM, sending recall and reminder letters;
• Purchasing / ordering relevant clinical equipment and supplies
• Appropriate documentation in patient clinical records, checking results and follow-up on doctor’s requests in a timely manner.
• liaising with other health care professionals, practice nurses, GPs and/or hospitals

The Criteria

To be eligible for this position, the successful applicant must have the following:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Post graduate experience as a General Practice Nurse
• Excellent communication skills;
• Must work well in a team;
